Convenient location right next to the Empire Mall and Sioux Falls for any graduation ceremonies 🎓.

Location was close to Augustana College and many restaurants/services. Breakfast was great.

It was very difficult to control the heat in our room. It was either too hot or too cold, with only the slightest movement of the dial. Frustrating!

the room was exceptional and well furnished with microwave and a couch, for example, we felt like at home. location: the hotel was near to the mall, walmart and restaurants, ruby tuesday's and sioux falls.

Room had a nice flat-screen TV with satellite channels, plus a microwave oven and a fridge 📺🍿🥤.

The room at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Sioux Falls at Empire Mall made me feel cozy and relaxed. the beds were comfy, the continental breakfast tasty, and the TV had great options. It felt like a perfect little retreat for my family after a long day on the road.

The hot tub being cold in the morning was a bummer, but the rest of our stay made up for it.

The wifi didn't work very well. It would keep disconnecting and you would have to resign into it.

The staff at this hotel is always friendly and helpful. the rooms are spacious and come with hypo-allergenic pillows. the Wi-Fi connection is reliable and fast.

nice area was able to access bike trail and city park easily. Had nice food choices with in walking distance. rooms were quite. Good breakfast offering.

this was our second visit as we used as a 1/2 way point on our vacation. the first stay I had to go get our car pillows in the middle of the night as the ones in the room were so flat no support and all four were compaining. Even the Firm were soft. On the second visit had the same so used the car pillows right away and slept well.

The size of the room and the amenities were better than expected. Very nice accommodations.

We only stayed one night, but we were really happy that we picked this lovely hotel. Our queen room was awesome, it included a couch and a microwave. The staff were fantastic - super attentive all day and night. Check-in was fast and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere. Plus, the location was perfect, close to everything.
